The project aims to carry out major repairs and modernization of the Chornoholova preschool educational institution, which has been temporarily closed due to the emergency condition of its building. The renovation will restore access to quality preschool education for children from the mountainous settlements of Chornoholova, Smerekovo, and Bukivtsovo. The facility will accommodate three groups of children, meeting local demand and supporting the social and educational needs of the community.

About Community
The Dubrynytsia-Malobereznianska Territorial Community is a promising community in the Zakarpattia region, uniting 9 settlements with its administrative center in the village of Dubrynychi. General Information
The Chornoholova preschool serves children from the mountainous settlements of Chornoholova, Smerekovo, and Bukivtsovo. Currently, over 50 children aged 1.5 to 6 years live in Chornoholova alone, with many families seeking access to preschool education. After renovation, the preschool will provide quality early childhood education for three groups of children, improve accessibility of preschool education in mountainous communities, support social integration and development of children from national minorities, create safe and sanitary conditions for child development, and help parents maintain employment by offering reliable childcare services.
