Due to the war, there is an urgent need for the rehabilitation of veterans, military personnel, and civilians affected by russia's armed aggression against Ukraine. The project aims to establish a specialized Rehabilitation Center in Ukraine to provide comprehensive medical services — from psychological support to surgeries, prosthetics, and rehabilitation. The Center will be based on municipal buildings in Chornoholova village, following necessary reconstruction.

About Community
The Dubrynytsia-Malobereznianska Territorial Community is a promising community in the Zakarpattia region, uniting 9 settlements with its administrative center in the village of Dubrynychi. Located on the border with the European Union, it plays an important role in international cooperation and cross-border development. Thanks to its strategic location, transport corridor, and natural resources, the community has strong potential for tourism development, attracting investment, and economic growth. The social infrastructure includes schools, kindergartens, medical centers, cultural institutions, and social services.
General Information
The project will provide services not only to the residents of the community but will also have an impact on the entire territory of Ukraine. The project includes the reconstruction of former medical and educational facilities in Chornoholovo village with a total area of around 2,000 m². The land plots (1.5 hectares) are municipally owned with clear legal status, allowing the project to start in the shortest possible time.
