The project involves completing the construction of additional school facilities, including classrooms, workshops, restrooms, a cafeteria, a gym, an assembly hall, and a shelter at the Cherniatyn Lyceum. The total area will increase by 2,365.33 m², bringing it to 3,944.13 m². The lyceum serves a settlement with 3,041 residents, including 800 children of school and preschool age, as well as students from nearby villages — Vikno, Verbivtsi, Slobidka, and Soroky — where an additional 3,119 people live.

The goal of the project: The project aims to ensure safe, continuous access to education by completing school construction and modernizing infrastructure to support the learning process. The project will: Reduce overcrowding by adding classrooms, restrooms, an assembly hall, and a 200-seat canteen; Provide safe learning conditions through the construction of a shelter; Create proper space for physical education (replacing a small room with a full-sized gym); Enable hands-on skills training in new technical workshops; Ease pressure on the local kindergarten currently used by the school; Rely on ready technical documentation that has passed state expertise.
