About Project

The project aims to create equal opportunities for vulnerable groups and IDPs by building 65 one-bedroom apartments, launching social enterprises (laundry, canteen, bakery, hair salon), and partnering with public and NGO sectors to enhance service access and quality.

About Community

Kolomyia Urban Territorial Community is one of the largest and most dynamic communities in the Ivano-Frankivsk region. The community includes the city of Kolomyia and 10 surrounding villages. The community has a well-developed social infrastructure: there are more than 20 general education institutions, 15 kindergartens, 7 extracurricular education centers, 3 hospitals, and a large number of sports facilities. Cultural life is represented by numerous museums, theaters, libraries, and cultural centers, along with a rich historical heritage. The local business sector includes more than 10,000 registered enterprises.

General Information

Project Outcomes: A single accessible and high-quality hub for social services will be created; The number of available social services will increase to 20; 8 governmental and non-governmental service providers will operate on one site; A 5-storey building with 65 smart apartments will be constructed, housing up to 130 residents; Social services will be provided annually to 6,500 vulnerable individuals; 4 social enterprises will be established.
