About Project

The capital renovation of the surgical building and outpatient department includes a full range of energy-efficiency measures: façade insulation, replacement of windows and doors, modernization of heating, ventilation, and power systems, integration of alternative energy sources, as well as upgrading fire-safety systems and installing tactile paving for people with limited mobility. The project is aimed at creating a modern, safe, and comfortable medical infrastructure.

General Information

This project is part of the systemic transformation of the medical infrastructure of the Rivne community, aimed at improving the quality and energy efficiency of medical services. It covers the capital renovation of the surgical building and outpatient department—facilities that serve thousands of patients daily, including veterans, IDPs, persons with disabilities, and people with limited mobility. The project provides for: energy modernization of buildings—insulation, new engineering networks, ventilation, lighting; reducing energy consumption and utility costs by more than 30%; compliance with barrier-free principles (tactile paving, safe entrances); improving treatment conditions and staff working environment; increasing the hospital's resilience to potential energy crises.
