General Information

Creation of a Regional Centre for Psychiatric, Addiction, and Rehabilitation Care for the population and internally displaced persons will allow more rational use of budget funds and create conditions for developing regional psychiatric treatment. Increasing the facility's capacity will foster psychosocial rehabilitation of service members, ATO and combat veterans, IDPs, and others who have suffered psycho-emotional trauma as a result of the russian federation's war against Ukraine.
