Borodianka is an urban-type settlement in Kyiv Oblast that suffered significant destruction at the beginning of the full-scale invasion. Over 50% of the city's infrastructure was destroyed or damaged.
General Information
Results: population return, improved quality of life, community competitiveness, future-proof resilience. Recovery standards: 15% green zones and parks, 90% accessible and inclusive facilities, waste sorting with minimum 55% recycling rate.
