Capital Repair of the Building of the Center for Social Services of the Marhanets City Council

The goal of the project is to create a modern Center and improve the conditions for citizens of the Marhanets city territorial community to receive social services. The project includes: capital repair of the main building, roof, replacement of windows, insulation of the facade, repair of the pavement, repair of external water supply and sewage; landscaping of the territory with external lighting, capital repair of auxiliary buildings and structures on the territory of the Center.

The Marhanets City Territorial Community is located in the southern part of the Dnipropetrovsk on the banks of the Kakhovka Reservoir, just 7 km from the largest nuclear power plant in Europe — the Zaporizhzhia NPP. The community is part of the Nikopol district and covers an area of over 143.12 km². The Marhanets City Territorial Community includes the administrative center — the city of Marhanets — as well as 8 adjacent villages. Before the full-scale invasion, about 50,000 residents lived here. Marhanets is one of the few cities in Ukraine that is located directly on deposits of world-class manganese ore. Marhanets possesses substantial natural, economic, and intellectual potential.

Object Characteristics: the building has 2 floors and an unheated attic; for vertical communication between floors, two staircases and a spiral lift for people with limited mobility are provided; the capacity of the institution has been increased from 25 to 40 beds/places, consisting of: single rooms — 14 units; double rooms — 7 units; triple rooms — 4 units.
