The implementation of the project will provide an opportunity to: improve the ecological condition of the city; increase the efficiency and reliability of the pumping station by introducing energy-efficient pumping equipment, replacing valves and gate valves, and automating existing processes; reduce electricity consumption; improve working conditions for service personnel.

General Information
The design capacity of pumping station No. 5 is 330,000 m³/day. Built in 1979, pumping station No. 5 has never undergone major repairs or reconstruction. The structure and technological equipment are in an emergency condition and require complete replacement and modernization. The project consists of: major repairs to the pumping station building; replacement of pump units, gate valves, shut-off valves and technological pipelines; replacement of the technical water pumping station; replacement of the jet rupture tank; installation of control and automation systems for technological processes.
