About Community
The Ternivka City Territorial Community (CTC) is a city of mining glory, a city of hard workers, a city with a long history and traditions, and is famous and proud of the achievements of its residents. The territory of the city is 1761 hectares. As of January 01, 2025, the population is 30,119 people, including 6,809 internally displaced persons (IDPs). The industrial infrastructure of the city is mono-functional and is represented by two coal mining enterprises. There are no wastewater treatment facilities on the territory of the Ternivka CTC. The sewage treatment plant serving the city is located on the territory of another community 22 kilometers away, outdated and physically worn out.
General Information
The project foresees the construction of new wastewater treatment facilities with a capacity of 5,000 m³ per day and the introduction of modern technologies, which provides for the deep processing of excess sludge into full-fledged organic fertilizers through the use of digesters (three-in-one technology). Land management project for the construction of a land plot for the construction of treatment facilities was prepared with an area of 1.2 hectares.
