The Zaporizhzhia urban territorial community is one of the largest administrative, industrial, and cultural centers in southeastern Ukraine, with a population of 710,052 people. Approximately 65% of the productive capacities of Zaporizhzhia region are concentrated within the community, making it a key driver of the region's economy. The community also boasts a strong social infrastructure, including 119 general education institutions and 141 preschools, as well as 15 healthcare facilities providing inpatient medical services. Khortytsia Island serves as a major cultural and tourist landmark of the region.

Partial restoration of the historic facade (dismantling of the pediment, colonnade, extensions). Modernization of the building to modern accessibility standards, redevelopment taking into account evacuation standards, domed glass roof, roof replacement. Repair of a shelter for 420 people with reinforcement of slabs, beams and walls. Dismantling of paving slabs, concrete coating. Arrangement of 17 parking spaces.
