About Project

Together with the Ministry of Community Development, we have developed an innovative technology for organising food preparation - 'Factory Kitchens' - to provide schoolchildren in the region with quality meals.

About Community

The Zaporizhzhia urban territorial community is one of the largest administrative, industrial, and cultural centers in southeastern Ukraine, with a population of 710,052 people. Approximately 65% of the productive capacities of Zaporizhzhia region are concentrated within the community, making it a key driver of the region's economy. The community also boasts a strong social infrastructure, including 119 general education institutions and 141 preschools, as well as 15 healthcare facilities providing inpatient medical services. Khortytsia Island, widely regarded as the cradle of the Zaporizhzhian Cossacks, serves as a major cultural and tourist landmark of the region.

General Information

Centralized preparation, cooling (3–5°C), storage and delivery of ready-made food for schools, kindergartens and recreation facilities. Serving more than 10,000 children. Area of production premises: 1,000 sq.m. Total area of the site - 1 hectare. Duration: 10 months.
