The project envisages: reconstruction of water supply networks with a total length of 8 km; replacement of polyethylene pressure pipes with a diameter of 40–110 mm; upgrading of shut-off valves; installation of wells for fire hydrants and valves for shutting off sections of the network during repairs.

About Community
Nova Borova settlement territorial community. Administrative centre — Novo Borova settlement. The community covers an area of 209.8 km². The population is 8,427. Industrial production is represented by the mining industry. The community has sufficient quantities of building and facing stone (granite, labradorite, gabbro), as well as sand, clay and peat. The light industry sector is well developed, represented by enterprises producing garments and sewing clothes for workers. There are 3 general secondary education institutions, 4 pre-school education institutions, 1 inclusive resource centre and 1 extracurricular education institution.
General Information
The implementation of the project will ensure: improved drinking water quality for the entire population of Nova Borova; reduced accidents in water supply networks and water losses during transportation; stable and safe water supply for residents, institutions and enterprises; improved public health through access to clean water; promotion of socio-economic development of the village through improved water supply infrastructure.
